Founder Bill Robinson was a Mortgage Banker before owning the shop, “I’m tired of the banking business, I’m opening a bait shop”. Well, the rest is history. Gandy Bait & Tackle opened its doors back in 1989. It has been a Tampa fishing institution ever since.
